afd cometh Simon Wilmer Gentleman sher. of Kent Coty &
makes return thereof to the Court here thereon Indorsed
as fol. Vizt       Cepi Corpus pr S Wilmer sher.
James Greenwood being Sworn to the Court against the
afd Samuell Upon Which the Court Orders that the afd
Samuel enter into recognizance with Security for his Appe.
and good behavour to the next Court of Assize to be held for
[illegible] this Counrty of Kent
Thereupon Samuel Lawrence and John Gale of
Kent County planters and present here in Court in their
proper persons Acknowledgeth themselves to be Indebted
unto his Lordship the Lord propry of Maryland in the sum
of fifty pounds currt. money Each to be made & Leveyed
on their bodys goods & chattels Lands & Tenements for
the Use of his said Lordship his heirs & Successors With
Condition to this recognizance that Samuel Lawrence afd
makes his personall Appearance before the Judges of
Our next Court of Assize to be held for the County afd
Then & there to Answer unto Such things as should be
Objected against him on his Lordships behalf on Suspn.
of perjury And in the mean time to keep the peace
& be of good behavour Then this recognizance to be
Void Else to remain in full force in Law
Ordered by this Court here that James Greenwood
afd mak enter into recognizance for his Appearance
(as an Evidence in behalf of his Lordship against the
afd Samuel) at the next Court of Assize to be held
for the County afd                  Thereupon
James Greenwood of Kent County planter present
here in Court Acknowledgeth himself Indebted to his
Lordship the Lord propry of Maryland in the
Sum of ten pounds current money to be made
