His Lordship	And now here to wit at Kent County
agt	Court at the Court house in the Town
Bryan Hughs	of Chester in said County on the third

tuesday of June being the nineteenth day of said month in the
Year of Our Lord seventeen hundred thirty & nine cometh John
M^c.Cracken in his proper person and prayeth that his
recognizance taken for the Appearance of the afd Bryan
to this Court may be Discharged
Ordered by this Court here that John M^c.Cracken his
recognizance taken as afd be Discharged as prayed
John M^c.Cracken his recognizance taken as afd is
by this Court here Discharged there being no cause Shewn
to the Contrary

His Lordship	Command was given to the
agt	sher. of Kent County on the 19th day
Samuel Lawrence	of June in the 25th year of Our

Dom. &c in the year of Our Lord 1739 that he should
take Samuel Lawrence late of Kent County planter if
he should be found in his Bailwick and him safe keep
so that he have his body Immediately before the Court
now held at the Court house in Chester Town in Kent Co^ty
afd To Answer unto Such things as should be Objected
against him on his Lordships behalf on Suspition of
perjury And that the said sher. have at the time
& place afd the said precept And now here at
the afd Nineteenth day of June at Kent County Court
