His Lordship    It is Ordered by this Court here that
agt    the afd Bowles enter into recognizance
Bowles Green    With Security for his Appearance and
And now here to wit at Kent County Court at the Court
house in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday
of June being the nineteenth day of said month in the year
of Our Lord seventeen hundred thirty & nine cometh the afd
Bowles Green in his proper person and prayeth that
his recognizance taken as afd for his Appearance to
this Court and to Abide the Judgmt. of March Court
may be Discharged                           Ordered by this Court
here that Bowles Green, Joseph Mason & John Trew their recog:
:nizances taken as afd is by this Court here Discharged
there being no cause shewn to the Contrary
Ordered by this Court here that Bowles Green enter into
recognizance for his with Security for his Appearance and
good behavour at the next Court of Assize to be held for
Kent County afd                           Thereupon Bowles Green
Joseph Mason & Benjamin Sutton of Kent County
planters and present here in Court in their proper
persons Acknowledgeth themselves Indebted to his Lord:
:ship the Lord propry of the province of Maryland Bowles
Green in the sum of fifty pounds currant money Joseph
Mason & Benjamin Sutton in the Sum of twenty five
pounds like money Each to be made and Leveyed on their
bodys goods and chattels Lands & Tenements for the Use
of his said Lordship his heirs & Successors With Condition
to this recognizance that the afd Bowles Green makes
his personall Appearance before the Judges of the
next Court of Assize to be held for this County then
& there to Answer unto Such things as Shall be
