then and there being found then and there feloniously Stole took &
Carried away against the peace &c And against the form of the Act
of Assembly in such case made & provided            J George
On the Back of the afd Indictment was Indorsed as fol. Vizt
                          Ignoramus Jas. Ringgold foreman
And now here at the afd third tuesday of June at Kent
County Court afd cometh the afd John Blackely and prayeth
that his recognizance taken as afd may be Discharged
Ordered by this Court here that John Blackely his recognize
taken as afd be Dischd. as prayed
John Blakely his recognizance taken as afd is by this
Court here Discharged there being no cause shewn to the Contrary
Att Which said day & year at Kent County Court afd cometh Martha
Barton in her proper person And prayeth that her recognize
taken as afd may be Discharged                           Ordered by this
