[2]07 said Lordship his heirs & Successors With Condition to this recognizance that James Stewart afd makes his per: June :sonall Appearance before the Justices of Our next then and there to give Evidence in behalf of his Lordship agst. the afd John McDonald Then this recognizance to be void Else to remain in full force in Law B: Hands Kent County fst Be it remembered that on the 12th day of May Anno Dom. 1739 personally Appeared before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices of the peace for the afd County William Mc.Clean and Acknowledged himself Indebted to his Lordship the Lord propry of this province in the sum of five pounds currt. money to be made & Leveyed on his body goods and chattels Lands & Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs & Successors With Condition to this recognizance that William McClean afd makes his perosnall Appeare. before the Justices of Our next June Court then & there give Evidence in behalf of his Lordship against the afd John McDonald Then this recognizance to be Void Else to remain in full force in Law B.
