20[6] the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices of the peace for the afd Cotyand Acknowledged himself Indebted to his Lordship the right honour :able the Lord propry of this province in the sum of ten pounds current money & Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs & successors With Condition to this recognizance that John Blakely afd makes his personall Appearance before the Justices of Our next June Court then and there to prossecute in behalf of his Lordship against the afd John McDonald Then this recognizance to be Void Else to remain in full force in Law B.
