the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices of the peace for the afd Coty
and Acknowledged himself Indebted to his Lordship the right honour
:able the Lord propry of this province in the sum of ten pounds current
money of to be made and Leveyed on his body goods & Chattels Lands
& Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs & successors
With Condition to this recognizance that John Blakely afd makes
his personall Appearance before the Justices of Our next June Court
then and there to prossecute in behalf of his Lordship against the
afd John McDonald Then this recognizance to be Void Else to
remain in full force in Law                           B. Hands
Kent County fst Be it remembered that on the 12th day of May
Anno Dom. 1739 Personally Appeared Martha Barton be:
:fore me the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices of the
peace for the afd County and Acknowledged herself to be
Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord propry of this province
in the Sum of five pounds current money to be made & Leveyed
on her body goods and chattels Lands & Tenements for the
Use of his said Lordship his heirs & Successors With
Condition to this recognizance that Martha Barton
afd makes her personall Appearance before the Justices
of Our next June Court then & there to give Evidence
in behalf of his Lordship against the afd John McDonald
Then this recognizance to be Void Else to remain in
full force in Law                           B: Hands
