his Lordships Justices of the peace for the afd County and Acknow: :ledged themselves Indebted to his Lordship the Lord propry John Hodgers in the sum of twenty pounds currant money James Ringgold and Daniel Bryan in the sum of ten pounds like money Each to be made & Leveyed on their bodys goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs & Successors With Condition to this recognizance yt. John Hodgers afd makes his personall Appearance before the Justices of Our next June Court to be held for the County afd And in the mean time to keep the peace and be of good behavour (Especially towards William Graves) Then this recognizance to be Void Else to remain in full force in Law Thos.
