His Lordship    Kent County fst Be it remembered
agt    that on the 31st. day of May Anno Dom. 1739
John Hodgers    personally Appeared John Hodges James
Ringgold and Daniel Bryan before me the Subscriber One of
his Lordships Justices of the peace for the afd County and Acknow:
:ledged themselves Indebted to his Lordship the Lord propry in the
John Hodgers in the sum of twenty pounds currant money James
Ringgold and Daniel Bryan in the sum of ten pounds like
money Each to be made & Leveyed on their bodys goods and
Chattels Lands and Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship
his heirs & Successors With Condition to this recognizance yt.
John Hodgers afd makes his personall Appearance before
the Justices of Our next June Court to be held for the County afd And
in the mean time to keep the peace and be of good behavour
(Especially towards William Graves) Then this recognizance
to be Void Else to remain in full force in Law
                                                                              Thos. Hynson
Kent County fst Be it remembered that on the 31st. day of
May Anno Dom. 1739 Personally Appeared William Graves and
William Boyer of Kent County before me the Subscriber One
of his Lordships Justices of the peace for the afd County and
Acknowledgeth themselves to be Indebted unto his Lordship the
Lord propry of Maryland William Graves in the sum of twenty
pounds currt. money and William Boyer in the sum of ten
pounds like money to be made and Leveyed on his body goods
and chattels Lands and Tenements for the Use of his said
Lordship his heirs and Successors With Condition to this
recognizance that William Graves afd makes his personall
Appearance before the Justices of Our next June Court to be
held for the County afd to give Evidence in behalf of his
Lordship against the afd John Hodgers Then this recoge.
