Lordships Justices of the peace for the afd County and Acknow: :ledgeth themselves Indebted to his Lordship the right honourable the Lord propry in the sum of five pounds currt. money Each to be made and Leveyed on their bodys goods and chattels Lands and Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors With Condition to this recognizance that the afd Samuel makes his personall Appearance before the Justices of Our next June Court then and there to Answer unto Such things as Shall be Objected against him on his Lordships behalf And in the mean time to keep the peace and be of good behavour (Especially towards Hezekiah Cox) Then this recognizance to be Void Else to remain in full force in Law Ebenezr Blackistone Kent County fst Be it remebered that on the Eleventh day of May Anno Dom. 1739 personally Appeared Hezekiah Cox and Thomas Crow before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices of the peace for the afd County And did Acknowledge themselves to be Indebted to his Lordship the right honourable the Lord propry in the sum of five pounds currt. money Each to be made and Leveyed on their bodys goods and chattels Lands and Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs & Successors With Condition to this recognizance that the afd Hezekiah Cox makes his personall Appearance before the Justices of Our next County Court to be held at the Court house in Chester Town on the third tuesday of June next then and there to give Evidence in behalf of his Lordship against the afd Samuel Then this recognizance to be Void Else to remain in full force in Law Ebenr.
