agt	remembered that on the first day
Cornelius Toby	of June Anno Dom. 1739
	Personally Appeared Cornelius

Toby and Gidⁿ. Pearce before me the Subscriber One of his
Lordships Justices of the peace for the afd County and Acknow:
:ledgeth themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord p^ry
in the sum of five pounds curr^t. money each to be made and
Leveyed on their bodys goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements
for the use of his said Lordship his heirs & Successors With
Condition to this recognizance that Cornelius Toby makes
his Personall Appearance before the Justices of Our next
June Court to be held for the county And then and there to
Answer unto Such things as Shall be Objected against him
on his Lordships behalf And in the mean time to keep the
peace and be of good behavour (Especially towards John
Swift) Then this recogniz^e. to be Void Else to remain in
