current money to be made and Leveyed on his body goods &
Chattels Lands and Tenements for the Use of his said Lord:
:ship his heirs & Successors With Condition to this recoge.
that the afd Hugh Morris makes his personally Appeare.
before the Justices of Our next August Court then and
there to Testifie in behalf of his Lordship against the
afd David Then this recognizance to be void else to remain
in full force in Law
Ordered by this Court here that Mary Wood wife to Thos.
Wood give Security for her Appearance at next August
as an Evide. against the afd David
Thereupon George Clark of Chester Town present
here in Court in his proper person Acknowledgeth himself
to be Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord propry in the
Sum of ten pounds currt. money to be made and Leveyed on
his body goods and chattels Lands and Tenements for the
Use of his said Lordship his heirs & Successors With
Condition to this recognizance that the afd Mary Wood
makes her personall Appearance before the Justices of Our
next August Court Then and there to testifie in behalf of
his Lordship against the afd David Crane Then and
this Recognizance to be void Else to remain in full force
in Law
Ordered by this Court here that Mary Wood servt. to the
afd Thomas Wood give Security for her Appearance at Next
August Court as an Evide. in behalf of his Lordship against
the afd David Crane
Thereupon George Clark of Chester Town present
