him on his Lordships behalf and in the mean time to keep
the peace and be of good behavour (Especially towards the
afd Mary Wood) Then this recognizance to be void Else to
remain in full force in Law
Att Which said third tuesday of June being the day and
Year afd last mentioned cometh the afd David in the same Coty
Court and prayeth this recognizance taken as afd may be
Discharged                           Ordered by this Court here that
David Crane his recognizance taken as afd be Discharged
as prayed                  David Crane his recognizance taken
as afd is by this Court here Discharged there being no
cause Shewn to the Contrary
Ordered by this Court here that the afd David Crane enter
into recognizance with Security for his Appearance and good
behavour to August Court next Insueing (Especailly to
Mary Wood                           Thereupon David Crane
& Thomas William jun. of Kent County present here in Court
in their proper persons Acknowledgeth themselves to be
Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord propry in the sum of
twenty pounds currt. money Each to be made and Leveyed
on their bodys goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements
for the Use of His said Lordship his heirs & Successors
With Condition to this recognizance that the afd David
makes his personall Appearance before the Justifces of Our
then & there to Answer unto Such things as shall Objected agst. him
next August Court to be held for this County ^ And in the
mean time to keep the peace and be of good behavour
(Especially towards Mary Wood) Then this recgonizance to
be void Else to remain in full force in Law
Ordered by this Court here that Hugh Morris Enter into
recognizance for his Appearance to August Court next as an
Evidence in behalf his Lordship against the afd David
Thereupon Hugh Morris of Chester Town Taylor
present here in Court in his proper person Acknowledgeth
himself Indebted to his Lordship the Lord propry of
the province of Maryland in the sum of five pounds
