And now here to wit at Kent County Court at the Court house in the Town
of Chester in said County on the third tuesday of June being the nineteenth
day of said month in the year of Our Lord seventeen hundred thirty & nine
cometh the afd David Crane in his proper person and prayeth that
the afd his and his Suretys recognizance taken as afd may be Dischd.
Ordered by this Court here that David Crane & Willm. Mc.Clean
his Surety be Discharged as prayed
David Crane & Wm. Mc.Clean their recognizances taken
as afd is by this Court here Discharged there being no Cause shewn
to the Contrary
Att Which said third tuesday of June Cometh Mary Wood in her

proper person and prayeth that her Suretys recognizance taken ^ afd is by

here that the afd Hugh ONeil his recognizance taken as afd be
Discharged as prayed                  Hugh ONeil his recognizance

and prayeth that his recognizance taken as afd May be Dischd.

Hugh Morris his recognizance taken as afd be Discharged as
prayed                  Hugh Morris his recognizance taken
as afd is by this Court here Discharged their being no Cause
shewn to the Contrary
It is Ordered by this Court here that the afd David Crane
enter into recognizance for his Appearance and good Behavour
dureing Court Setting (Especially towards Mary Wood)
Thereupon David Crane of Chester Town Carpenter and
present here in the afd County Court Acknowledgeth himself to be
Indebted unto his Lordships the Lord propry of this province to be
made and Leveyed on his body goods and chattels Lands and tenements
for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs & Successors With
Condition to this recognizance that the afd David Crane
makes his personall Appearance before the Justices of this
Present Court dureing the Setting of the same Court Then and
there to Answer unto Such things as Shall be Objected against

him
