With Condition to this recognizance that the said David Crane
makes his Personall Appearance before the Justices of Our next
County Court to be held at Our Court house in the Town of Chester on
the third tuesday of June next Ensueing Then and there to answer
unto Such things as Shall be Objected against him on his Lordships
behalf and in the mean time to keep the peace And be of good behavour
Then this recognizance to be Void & of no Effect otherwise to remain
in full force power and Virtue in Law            Thos. Williams jun.
Kent County fst Be it remembered that on the seventeenth day
of June in the year of Our Lord seventeen hundred thirty & nine
personally Appeared Hugh ONeil before me the Subscriber One
of his Lordships Justices of the peace for the County afd and
Acknowledgeth himself Indebted to his Lordship the Lord propry
of the province of Maryland in the sum of five pounds current money
of the province afd to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and
Chattels Lands and Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship
his heirs and Successors With Condition to this Recognizance
that Mary Wood makes her personall Appearance before the
Justices of Our next Court to be held at Our Court house in the
Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday in June next
then and there to testifie in behalf of his Lordship against the
afd David Then this recognizance to be void Else to remain in
full force in Law                           B. Hands

One of his Lordships Justices of the peace for the County afd and
Acknowledged himself to be Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord
propry of the province of Maryland in the sum of five pounds currt.
