be Objected against her on his Lordships behalf on Suspition of
                          a certain George Strange
Stealing tobacco from ^ Capn Harvie Then this recognizance to be
Void Else to remain in full force in Law            B. Hands
Kent County fst Be it remembered that on the 4th day
of June Anno Dom. 1739 personally Appeared Elizabeth Mc.:
:Collister before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices
of the peace for the afd County and Acknowledged herself to be
Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord propry of the province of
Maryland in the sum of twenty pounds current money to be made
& Leveyed on her body goods and chattels Lands and Tenements
for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors With
Condition to this Recognizance that the afd Elizabeth makes
her perosnall Appearance before the Justices of Our next
County Court to be held at Chester Town in the County afd on
the third tuesday in June next to Answer Testifie in behalf
of his Lordship against the afd Ellinor Then this recognize.
to be Void Else to remain in full force in Law       B. Hands
Kent County fst Be it remembered that on the 4th day
of June Anno Dom. 1739 personally Appeared Thomas
Chinn before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices
of the peace for the afd County and did Acknowledge himself to be
Indebted unto his said Lordship his heirs and Successors
in the Sum of twenty pounds Current money to be made and
Leveyed on his body goods and chattles Lands and Tenements
for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs & Successors With
Condition to this recognizance that the afd Thomas makes his
Personall Appearance before the Justices of Our next June
Court to be held for the County afd Then and there to Give Evide.
in behalf of his Lordship against the afd Ellinor Then this
recognizance to be void Else to remain in full force in Law

The above Evidences being Sworn to the Grand Jury Upon
Which they return the fol. Indictment
Kent County fst The Jurors for the Right honourable the
Lord propry that now is for the body of Kent County afd upon
their Oath do present that Ellinor Kelsey late of Kent County
Spinster on the fourth day of June Anno Dom. seventeen
hundred thirty and nine With force and Arms at the County
