Dulany makes his personall Appearance before the Justices of
Our next County Court to be held at the Court house in Chester Town
on the third tuesday in August next And in the mean time to keep the
peace and be of good behavour (Especially towards Prissilla his
wife) Then this recognizance to be Void Else to remain in full
force in Law
Ordered by this Court here that the afd Priscilla give Security
for her Appearance (as an Evidence in behalf of his Lordship Against
the afd Edmund) Att August Court next to be held for the County
afd                                      Thereupon John Gresham of Kent
County Gentleman in the same County Court personally Cometh and
Acknowledgeth himself to be Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord
propry of the province of Maryland in the sum of five pounds
current money to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and chattels
Lands and Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs
& Successors With Condition to the recognizance that Priscilla
the wife of the afd Edmund makes her personall Appearance
before the Justices of Our next County Court to be held at the Court
house in Chester on the third tuesday in August next then and
there to testyfie in behalf of his Lordship against the afd Edmund
Then this recognizance to be Void Else to remain in full
force in Law

His Lordship    Kent County fst Be it remembered
agt    that on the 24th day of June Anno Dom. 1739
Ellinor Kelsey    Personally Appeared James Claypoole

   & Salathiel Denmore of Chester Town and
Acknowledgeth themselves to be Indebted unto his Lordship the
Lord propry of the province of Maryland in the sum of twenty five
pounds current money each to be made and Leveyed on their bodys
goods and chattels Lands and Tenements for the Use of his
said Lordship his heirs and Successors With Condition to this
recognizance that Ellinor Kelsey makes her personall Appeare.
before the Justices of Our next Court to be held at Our Court
house in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday
of June next then & there to Answer unto Such things as shall
