Court to be held at the Court house in the Town of Chester in
said County on the third tuesday in August next And in the mean
time to keep the peace and be of good behavour Especially
too Prissilla his wife Then this recognizance to be Void
Else to remain in full force in Law                  B. Hands
Kent County fst Be it remembered that on the            day
of May Anno Domini Seventeen hundred thirty & nine perso:
:nally Appeared John Gresham of the afd County Gent. and did
Acknowledge himself to be Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord
Propry of the province of Maryland in the sum of five
pounds current money of the province afd to be made & Leveyed
on his body goods and chattels Lands and Tenements for the
Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors With
Condition to this recognizance that Priscilla Dulany wife
of the afd Edmund makes her personall Appearance before
the Justices of Our next County Court to be held for the Coty
afd to Testifye in behalf of his Lordship against the afd
Edmund Dulany Then this recognizance to be Void Else to
remain in full force in Law                  B. Hands
Ordered by this Court here that the afd Edmund Dulany
                                     with Security
enter into recognizance ^ for his Appearance & good behavour
to next August Court Especially to Priscilla his wife
Thereupon Edmund Dulany Hugh Matthews &
William Murry of Kent County Physitians present
here in Court in their proper persons Acknowledgeth
themselves to be Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord pry
of the province of Maryland Edmund Dulany in the
Sum of fourty pounds current money of the province afd
Hugh Matthews & William Murry in the sum of
twenty pounds like money each to be made and Leveyed
on their bodys goods and chattles Lands and Tenements
for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs & Successors
With Condition to this recognizance that Edmund
