And the afd Joshua George Attorney of the said Lord
propry cometh and saith for as much as he hath not Evide.
Sufficient to main the afd charge in the Indictment afd
Specified against the said Ann Frarthing he will not
prossecute the same Indictment afd any further
Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here to
wit at Kent County Court at the Court house in the Town
of Chester in said County on the third tuesday of June
being the nineteenth day of said month in the year of Our
Lord Seventeen hundred thirty & nine that the afd Ann
Farthing as to the Indictment afd She go thereof with:
:out day And be there from Acquitted Also it is
Considered that the said Anne pay the sum of
two hundred fifty Six pounds of tobacco Costs
Accrueing on the premisses afd to the Officers
of this Court                                      Jams Smith Clk

His Lordship    Kent County fst Be it remem:
agt    :ber that on the            day of May
Edmund Dulany    Anno Domini seventeen hundred thirty

    & nine Personally Appeared Edmund
Dulany of Kent County Physitian David Perkins and William
Salsbury before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices
of the peace for the County afd And did Acknowledge themselves to
be Indebted unto his Lordship the right honourable the Lord propry
of the province of Maryland Edmund Dulany in the sum of
fourty pounds current money of the province afd David Perkins
and William Salsbury in the sum of twenty pounds like
money Each to be made & Leveyed on their bodys goods and
chattels Lands and Tenements for the Use of his said Lord:
ship his heirs and Successors With Condition to this
recognizance that the afd Edmund makes his personall
Appearance before the Justices of Our next County
