181 And the afd Joshua George Attorney of the said Lordpropry cometh and saith for as much as he hath not Evide. Sufficient to main the afd charge in the Indictment afd Specified against the said Ann Frarthing he will not prossecute the same Indictment afd any further Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here to wit at Kent County Court at the Court house in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday of June being the nineteenth day of said month in the year of Our Lord Seventeen hundred thirty & nine that the afd Ann Farthing as to the Indictment afd She go thereof with: :out day And be there from Acquitted Also it is Considered that the said Anne pay the sum of two hundred fifty Six pounds of tobacco Costs Accrueing on the premisses afd to the Officers of this Court Jams Smith Clk
