Kent County fst The Jurors for the right honourable the Lord propry that now is for the body of Kent County upon their Oath do present that William Graves late of said County Gentn. on the Eleventh day of February Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred thirty and Eight with force and Arms at the County afd in and upon a Certain Henry Rippon in the peace of God and the said Lord propry then and there being an Assault did make and him the said Henry Rippin did then and there beat wound and evilly treat and other harms to him then and there did to the great damage of him the said Henry Rippin And against the peace of the said Lord propry his good rule & Government &c J George And now here to wit at Kent County Court at the Court house in the Town of Chester in said County On the third tuesday of June being the nineteenth day of said month in the Year of Our Lord seventeen hundred thirty & nine Cometh the afd Lord propry by Joshua George his Attorney and prayeth that the afd William to the Indictment afd may Answer And the afd William in his proper person Comes and defends the force & injury when |
