afd so as afd against him brought nor can he say but that he is
Guilty of the premisses afd Above upon him Imposed as by the
Indictment afd it is alledged And thereof Submitts to the Court
Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here to wit at
Kent County Court at the Court house in the Town of Chester in
said County on the third tuesday of June being the nineteenth day
of said month in the year of Our Lord seventeen hundred thirty &
nine that the afd John pay the sum of five shillings Current
money of Maryland as a fine for Committing the Assault afd
Also it is Considered by the Justices at the time & place
afd that the said John pay the sum of two hundred Eighty &
Eight pounds of tobacco costs Accrueing on the premisses
afd to the Officers of this Court &c
Ordered by this Court here that the fine afd be delivered the
sher. of Kent County And Simon Wilmer Gentleman
sher. of the afd County being present in Court Acknowledg:
:eth the receipt of the Same
Att Which said day and Year afd last mentioned
cometh John Cannady here into Court in his proper
person & prayeth that his recognizance taken as afd
may be Discharged
Ordered by this Court here that John Cannady his
Recognizance taken as afd be Discharged as prayed
John Canady his recognizance taken as afd is by this
Court here Discharged their being no cause Shewn to
to the Contrary
Att Which said third tuesday of June being the day and
Year afd cometh Samuel Barker here into Court in his
proper person and prayeth that his recognizance taken
afd may be Discharged                           Ordered by this
Court here that Samuel Barker his recognizance taken
afd be Discharged as prayed
Samuel Barker his recognizance taken as afd is
by this Court here Dischd. there being no cause Shewn to
