His Lordship    Kent County fst Be it remembered
agt    that on the 7th day of June in the year
John Cannady    of Our Lord 1739 personall Appeared
John Cannady before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships
Justices of the peace for the County afd And did Acknowledge himself
to be Indebted unto his Lordship the right honourable the Lord
propry of the province of Maryland in the sum of twenty pounds
current money to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and
chattles Lands and Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship
his heirs & Successors With Condition to this recognizance
that if he the said John makes his personall Appearance
before the Justices of Our next County Court to be held at
Chester Town in the County afd then and there to Answer
unto Such things as Shall be Objected against her on his
Lordships behalf & in the mean time to keep the peace and
be of good behavour Then this recognizance to be void Else
to Stand & remain in full force in Law            B: Hands
Kent County fst Be it remembered that on the 7th day
of June Anno Dom. 1739 Personally Appeared Samuel
Barker before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices
of the peace for the afd County and did Acknowledge himself
to be Indebted unto his Lordship the right honourable the
Lord propry of the province of Maryland in the sum of ten
pounds current money of Maryland to be made & Leveyed
on his body goods and chattles Lands and Tenements for
the Use of his said Lordship his heirs & Successors With
Condition to this recognizance that if he the said Samuel
makes his personall Appearance before the Justices of
Our next June Court to be held for the County afd Then
and there to give Evidence in behalf of his Lordship against
the afd John Cannady Then this recognizance to be Void
Else to Stand & remain in full force in Law

of June Anno Dom. 1739 personally Appeared Francis
Meeks before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships
