His Lordship	Command was given to the sher. of
agt	Kent County on the 24th day of March in
Margarett Dazey	the 25th year of Our Dominion &c in
	the year of Our Lord 1738 that he should

take Margarett Dazey late of Kent County Spinster if she
should be found in his Bailwick & her safe keep so that he have
her body before the Justices of Our next County Court to be held
at Our Court house in the Town of Chester in said County on
the third tuesday of June next to Answer unto an Indictment
of fornication And that the said sher. have at the time &
place afd the said Writt &c       Att Which said third
tuesday of June being the nineteenth day of said month in
the year of Our Lord seventeen hundred thirty & nine cometh
Simon Wilmer Gent. sher. of Kent County & makes return
thereof to the Court here thereon Indorsed As fol. Viz^t

Kent County fs^t The Jurors for the right honourable the Lord
Prop^ry that now is for the body of Kent County upon their Oath
do present that Margarett Dazey late of Kent County Spinster
on the first day of May Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and
thirty Eight at Kent County afd fornication with a Certain
Man to the Jurors unknown did committ and the same
person then and there did permitt to have carnall know:
:ledge of her body and then and there to begett on the body
of her the same Margarett Dazey a Bastard Child to
the Evil Example of all others in like case offending
against the peace &c And against the form of the Act
of Assembly in such case made and provided &c
