Ordered by this Court here that the afd Mary give Security
for her Appearance dureing Court Sitting
Thereupon William Woodland of Kent County planter
being present here in Court in his proper Acknowledgeth himself
to be Indebted unto his Lordship the right honourable the Lord
prop^ry of Maryland in the sum of ten pounds current money of
the province afd to be made & Leveyed on his body goods and
Chattels Lands and Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship
his heirs & Successors With Condition to this recognizance
that the afd Mary make her personall Appearance before
the Justices of this Court dureing court Setting Then this
recognizance to be Void Else to remain in full force in Law

His Lordship	Command was given to the sher. of
agt	Kent County on the 24th day of March
Mary Hall	in the 25th year of Our Domn. &c in the
	year of Our Lord 1738 that he should

take Mary Hall late of Kent County Spinster if she should be
found in his Bailwick and her safe keep so that he have her body
before the Justices of Our next County Court to be held at Our Court
house in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday
in June next to answer unto an Indictment of fornication &c
And that the s^d. sher. have at the time & place afd the said
