Lordship against the afd Negro Rambolus & Hannah Singfeild
to this Court may be Dischd. as prayed       Williams
Hill his recoge. taken as afd is by this Court here Dischd. there
being no Cause Shewn to the Contrary       Att Which said day
Year afd Cometh here into Court Theophelus Randall in his
proper person and prayeth that his recoge. taken for the
Appe. of the afd Wm. Hill to this Court as an Evidence against
the afd Negro Rambalus & Hannah Singfeild to this Court
May be Discharged Ordered by this Court here that the
afd Theophelus his recoge. taken as afd be Dischd as prayed
Theophelus Randall his recoge. taken as afd is by this
Court here Discharged there being no Cause Shewn to the Contrary
Att Which said day and year afd last mentd. Come again
the afd Theophelus in his proper person and prayeth that
his recoge. taken as afd for his Appe. as prossr. against the
afd Negro Rambalus & Hannah Singfeild may be Dischd.
Ordered by this Court here that Theophelus Randall his
recoge. taken as afd be Dischd. as prayed       Theophelus
Randall his recoge. taken as afd is by this Court here dischd
there being no Cause Shewn to the Contrary &c
Ordered by this Court here that Hannah Singfeild give
Security for the Fees Accrueing on the premisses afd to the
Officers of this Court And She having no One to Offer nor
no One Offering for her thereupon She is Committed into the
Custody of the Sher. of Kent County untill she give Security as afd

His Lordship    March Court 1738/9 We the grand Jurors
agt    for the County of Kent do present Elizth
Eliza. Pool    Pool of Shrewsbury Parish forhaving a base
Born child                           Chrisa. Hall
Kent County fst The Jurors for the right honrble the Lord
propry that now is for the body of Kent County upon their Oath
do present that Elizth Pooll late of Kent County Spinster on
the first Day of May Anno Dom. seventeen hundred & thirty eight
at Kent County afd did Commit fornication with a Certain man
to the Jurors afd unknown & the same person then & there did
permitt to have carnall knowledge of her body & then & there
did begett on the body of her the said Elizth Pool a Bastard Child
[again]st the peace &c and against the form of the Act of Assembly
[in such] case made & Provided &c                           J George
