Year of Our Lord seventeen hundred thirty & Eight Cometh the
afd Benja. here into Court in his proper person & prayeth that
his and his Suretys recoge. taken as afd May be Discharged

Shewn to the Contrary &c       Att Which said third tuesday of
March being the day and year afd Cometh John James here into
Court in his proper person and prayeth that his recoge. taken as
