Blackistone Kent County fst The Jurors for the right honrble the Lord propry that now is for the body of Kent County afd upon their Oath do present that Benjamin Green late of said County planter on the first day of March Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty eight with force and Arms at the County afd in and upon a Certain Wm. Graves in the peace of God and the said Lord propry then and there being an Assault did make and him the said William Graves did then and there beat wound and evilly treat and other harms to him then and there did to the great damage of him the said William Graves and against the peace of the sd. Lord Propry his good rule & Government &c J George On the Back of the afd Indictment was Endorsed as fol.
