Benja. Green	Our Lord God One thousand Seven hundred &

thirty eight personally Appeared Benjamin Green & John
James before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices of
the peace for the afd County and Acknowledged themselves to be
Indebted to his Lordship the right honourable the L^d. prop^ry of
the provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Barron of Balem^re.
in the sum of ten pounds curr^t. money of the Province afd to be
made and Leveyed on their bodys goods & Chattles Lands and
Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs & Success^rs.
With Condontion to this recog^e. that Benj^a. Green makes
his personall App^e. before the Justices of Our next County
Court to be held at Our Court house in the Town of Chester in said
County on the third tuesday of March next then and there to Answer
unto Such things as shall be Objected against him on his Lordships
behalf & in the mean time to keep the peace and be of good
behav^r. Then this recog^e. to be Void Else to stand & remain
