James before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices of the peace for the afd County and Acknowledged themselves to be Indebted to his Lordship the right honourable the Ld. propry of the provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Barron of Balemre. in the sum of ten pounds currt. money of the Province afd to be made and Leveyed on their bodys goods & Chattles Lands and Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs & Successrs. With Condontion to this recoge. that Benja. Green makes his personall Appe. before the Justices of Our next County Court to be held at Our Court house in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday of March next then and there to Answer unto Such things as shall be Objected against him on his Lordships behalf & in the mean time to keep the peace and be of good behavr.
