of his Lordships Justices of the peace for the afd County and Acknow: :ledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Right Honble. the Lord propry. of Maryland (that is to say) John Conner in the Sum of ten pounds Current money of the province afd and Nathaniel Hynson & Wm. McClean in the sum of five pounds like money each to be made and Leveyed on their bodys goods & Chattles Lands and Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors With Condition that the afd John Conner do make his personall Appearance before the Justices of Our next County Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday of June next then and there to Answer unto Such things as will be Objected against him on behalf of his Lordship And in the mean time to keep the peace and be of good behavour Ispecially to William Trulock Then this Recognizance to be Void Else to remain in full force in Law Ja: Harris Kent County fst.
