13 Ordered by this Court here that the afd Edmund give Securityfor his Appearance and good behaviour to next August Court to be held for the County afd Thereupon Edmund Dulany James Thomas and Michael Hackett of Kent County Acknowledgeth themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the right Honourable the Lord propry. of Maryld. that is to say) Edmund Dulany in the sum of fifty pounds Current money of the province afd and James Thomas & Michl. Hackett in the sum of twenty five pounds like money each to be made and Leveyed on their bodys goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors With Condition to this Recognizance that he the afd Edmund Dulany Do make his personall Appr. before the Justices of our next County Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday in August next & in the mean time to keep the peace & be of Good behavour Then this recognizance to be Void Else to remain in full force in Law
