His Lordship

agt    Kent fst    Be remembered that George
George Moor    Maryland    Moore of Chester Town Carpr
And Alexr. Adair Physician of the said Town & County on the seventeenth
day of February One thousand seven hundred thirty & eight & in the
twenty third year of his Lordships Dominion came before me Thos.
Williams Junr. One of his Lordships Justices for Kent County
And in their proper person did Acknowledge themselves Indebted
to the right honourable the Lord Propry of this province in
manner and form following (that is to say George Moor in the
Sum of twenty pounds and Alexr. Adair in the sum of ten pound
Current money of this province to be made and Leveyed on their
goods and Chattles Lands & Tenemts. to the use of the said Lord
propry if the said George Moor do make default in the Condition
under Written            The Condition of the above Recoge. is such
that if the above bounden George Moore do make his persona[l]
Appe. at the next Court to be holden for this County at the third
tuesday of March next Ensueing the date hereof to do & receive
what shall then and there be enjoyned by the said Court & in the
mean time to be of good behavour to all his Majesties Subjects
of this County that then this recoge. to be Void & of no Effect other:
:wise to remain in full force power & Virtue in Law
Taken and Acknowledged before me as Witness my hand &
Seal the day & year afd                  Thos. Williams Junr.
And now here to wit at Kent County Court at the Court house
in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday of
March being the twentyeth day of said month in the year of Our
Lord seventeen hundred thirty & eight Cometh George Moore in
his proper person and prayeth that his recoge. taken as afd
may be Discharged Ordered by this Court here that George
Moor his recoge. taken as afd be by Discharged as prayed
George Moore his recoge. taken as afd is by this Court
here Discharged there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary
Att Which said third tuesday of March being the day & year
afd Cometh here into Court Alexr. Adair in his proper prSon &
prayeth that his recoge. taken as afd for the Appe. and good
behavr. of the afd George to this Court may be Discharged
Ordered by this Court here that Alexr. Adair his recoge.
taken as afd be Discharged as Prayed &c
