Ordered by this Court here that the afd Ann Grimes be Committed
                 on Suspition of her having Murdered her Child
into the Custody of the sher. of Kent County ^ untill next Court of
Assize to be held for Kent County afd &c            Jams Smith Cl. Kt. Coty
Ordered by this Court here that George Elinor Wilson &Elinor his wife
enter into recoge. give Security for her Appe. at the next Court of
Assize to be held for the County afd then and there to give Evide. in
behalf of his Lordship against the afd Ann Grimes on Suspn of
her having Murdered her Child &c            Thereupon George
Wilson & Lamber Wilmer of Kent County present here in Court
in their proper persons Acknowledgeth themselves Indebted
to his Lordship the right honourable the Lord Propry of Maryld
in the sum of ten pounds currt. money of Maryland to be made
and Leveyed on their bodys goods & Chattles Lands & Tenemts.
for the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successrs. With
Condition to this recoge. that Elinor the wife of the afd George
do make her personal Appe. before the Judges of Our next
Court of Assize to be held for the County afd Then and there to
give ^Evidence^ in behalf of his Lordship against the afd Ann Grimes on
Suspn. of her having Murdered her Child Then this recoge. to be
Void Else to remain in full force in Law
Ordered by this Court here that George Wilson enter into recoge.
With Security for his Appeare. at the next Court of Assize to
be held for Kent County then and there to give Evide. in behalf of
his Lordship against the afd Ann Grimes on Suspition of her hav:
:ing Murdered her Child            Thereupon George Wilson & Lambt.
Wilmer of Kent County present here in Court Acknowledgeth
