One of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for the afd County and did
Acknowledge themselves to be Indebted to his Lordhsip the right hon^rble
the Lord Prop^ry of Maryland in the sum of ten pounds Current money
of the province afd to be made & Leveyed on their bodys goods and
Chattles Lands and Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship his
heirs & Successors With Condition to this recog^e. that Ann Grimes afd
do make her personall Appearance before the Justices of Our next
of Our next County Court to be held at Our Court house in the Town of
Chester in said County on the third tuesday of March next then &
there to Answer unto Such things as Shall be Objected against her
on his Lordships behalf on Suspition of fornication Then this

pounds Curr^t. money as afd to be made & Leveyed on their bodys

George Wilson & Elinor his wife do make their personall
