Att Which said day and year afd last mentioned Robert Green
& Glanvill Rolph Came to Court in their proper persons and prayeth
there their recoge. taken as afd for the Appearc. & good behavour of
John Nemo, Edward Crow, and Thomas Unick, to this March Court
may be Discharged            Ordered by this Court here that Robt. Green &
Glanvill Rolph their recoge. taken as afd be Dsicharged as prayed
Robert Green & Glanvill Rolph their recoge. taken as afd is
by this Court here discharged there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary

His Lordship    Kent County fst Be it remembered that
agt    on the Seventeenth day of March Anno Domini
Ann Grimes    One thousand seven hundred thirty & Eight persony
Appeared Ann Grimes and Lambert Wilmer before me the Subr.
One of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for the afd County and did
Acknowledge themselves to be Indebted to his Lordhsip the right honrble
the Lord Propry of Maryland in the sum of ten pounds Current money
of the province afd to be made & Leveyed on their bodys goods and
Chattles Lands and Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship his
heirs & Successors With Condition to this recoge. that Ann Grimes afd
do make her personall Appearance before the Justices of Our next
of Our next County Court to be held at Our Court house in the Town of
Chester in said County on the third tuesday of March next then &
there to Answer unto Such things as Shall be Objected against her
on his Lordships behalf on Suspition of fornication Then this
recoge. to be Void Else to remain in full force in Law       Henry Evans
Kent County fst Be it remembered that on the seventeenth

Appeared George Wilson, Elinor Wilson his wife and Lambert
And Acknowledged themselves to be Indebted to his Lordship
the right honourable the Lord Propry of Maryland George
Wilson & wife in the sum of five pounds Each Currt. money
of the province afd And Lambert Wilmer in the sum of ten
pounds Currt. money as afd to be made & Leveyed on their bodys
goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the Use of his said
Lordship his heirs & Successors With Condition to this recoge. that
George Wilson & Elinor his wife do make their personall
Appearance before the Justices of Our next Court to be held
at Our Court house in the Town of Chester in Kent County on
the third tuesday of March Instant then and there to give in
behalf of his Lordship against the afd Ann Grimes Then
