133 Chattles Lands and Tenements to the Use of the said Lord Propry hisheirs and Successors if the said John Nemo, Edwd. Crow & Thomas Unick shall make Default in Condition hereunder Written The Condition of the above recoge. is Such that if the above bounden John Nemo, Edward Crow & Thomas Unick shall make their Personall Appearance at a Court to be holden at Chester Town in this County of Kent on the third tuesday of next March to Answer to such matters as Shall be Objected against them by Dennis Sullavan of this County and do and receive what shall then and there be enjoyned by the said Court and in the meantime to keep his Lordships peace and be of good behavour toward all his Majestyes Subjects of this County and Especially toward Dennis Sullavan & that they or either of them shall not do or procure to be done any bodily hurt to sd. Dennis that then this recoge. to be Void otherwise to remain in full force Power & Virtue in Law Taken and Acknowledged before me as Witniss by hand & Seal the day & year afd T Williams Junr. Kent County fst The Jurors for the right honourable the Lord propry that now is for the body of Kent County upon their Oath do present that John Nemo late of Kent COunty planter Edwd. Crow late of said County Planter And Thomas Unick late of said County planter on the first day of March Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty eight with force and Arms at the County afd in and upon a Certain Dennis Sullevan in the peace of God and the said Lord Propry then and there being an Assault did make and him the said Dennis then & there did beat wound and evilly treat and other harms to him the said Dennis then & there did to the great damage of him the said Dennis and against the peace of the said Lord propry his good rule and Governmt. &a. J George On the Back of the afd Indictmt. was Indorsed as fol. Vizt. Ignoramus Chrisr. Hall formn. And now here to wit at Kent County Court at the Court house in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday of March being the twentyeth day of said month in the year of Our Lord God One thousand seven hundred thrity & eight Cometh John Nemo, Edwd. Crow & Thomas Unick here into Court in their proper persons and prayeth that their and their Suretys recoge. taken as afd for their & each of their Appearance and good behavour to this Court may be Discharged Ordered by this Court here that John Nemo, Edwd. Crow & Thomas Unick their and each of their recoge. taken as afd be Discharged as prayed John Nemo, Edwd. Crow & Thoms.
