last mentioned cometh here into Court John Mc.Cracken and
prayeth that his recoge. taken as afd for the Appearance of his
Servt. Bryan Hughs to this Court may be Discharged
Ordered by this Court here that John Mc.Cracken his Recoge. taken
as afd be Discharged as prayed John Mc.Cracken his recoge.
taken as afd is by this Court here dischd. there being no cause Shewn
to the Contrary &c            Att Which said day and year afd last
mentioned Cometh George Garnett here into Court in his proper prson
and prayeth that his recoge. taken for the Appe. of the afd Bryan
to this Court may be Discharged       Ordered by this Court here that George
Garnett his recoge. taken as afd be Discharged as prayed       George
Garnett his recoge. taken as afd is by this Court here Discharged there
being no Cause Shewn to the Contrary &c            Ordered by this Court
here that Bryan Hughs give Security for his Appeare. & good
behavour to next Court to be held at Our Court house in the Town
of Chester in said County on the third tuesday of June next
Thereupon John Mc.Cracken of Kent County Taylor and
present here in Court Acknowledgeth himself Indebted to his Ldp
in the sum of ten pounds Currt. money of the prove. afd to be made
and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements
for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs & Successors With Condn.
to this Recoge. that Bryan Hughs Servt. to the afd John do make
his personall Appearance before the Justices of Our next County
Court to be held at Our Court house in the Town of Chester in said County
on the third tuesday of June next & in the mean time to keep the
peace and be of good behavour Then this recoge. to be Void Else to
remain in full force and Virtue in Law            Jams Smith Cl.

   of the said County Planters on the fifteenth day
of January One thousand Seven hundred and thirty eight in the twenty
third year of his Lordships Domn. &c Came before me Thomas Williams
Junr. One of his Lordships Justices of the County afd and in their pro:
:per persons did Acknowledge themselves to be Indebted to the
right honrble the Lord Propry of this province in the manner and
form following (Vizt) John Nemo, Edward Crow, & Thos. Unick,
respectively in the sum of twenty pound and Robert Green and
Glanvill Rolph respectively in the sum of ten pound Currt. money
of this Province to be made and Leveyed on their Goods and
