tuesday of March being the twentyeth day of said month in
the year of Our Lord God One thousand seven hundred thirty

& eight Cometh Edmund Dulany here into Court in his proper ^
& prayeth that his recoge. taken as afd for his Appe. to March
Court with his Suretys recoge. may all be Discharged &c

His Lordship    Be it remembered that On the Seventh
agt    day of Novemr. in the year of Our Lord One
Bryan Hughs    thousand seven hundred thirty and eight
personally Appeared before me the Subr. One of his Lordships
Justices of the peace for the County of Kent John Mc.Cracken and
George Garnett and Acknowledged themselves to be Indebted to
his Lordship the right honourable the Lord Propry of Maryland in
the sum of ten pounds Current money of Maryld. as afd to be made
and Leveyed on their bodys goods and Chattles Lands & Tenemts.
for the use of his said Lordship his heirs & Successors With Condition
to this Recognize. that Bryan Hughs afd Servent to the afd John
do make his personall Appearance before the Justices of Our
next County Court to be held at Our Court house in the Town of
Chester in said County on the third tuesday of March next then
& there to Answer unto Such things as shall be Objected against
him on his Lordships behalf & in the mean time to keep the

peace
