house in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday of
June next then and there to Answer unto Such things as Shall be
Objected against him on his Lordships behalf And in the mean time
to keep the peace and be of good behavr. Especially toward Phil.
Christfeild Then this recoge. to be Void Else to remain in full
force in Law                  Ordered by this Court here that Philip
Christfeild enter into recoge. for his Appearance as an Evidence
against the afd Edmund to next June Court to be held at Chester
Town on the third tuesday of the same month            Thereupon
Philip Chrstifeild of Kent County Carpenter present here in Cort.
Acknowledgeth himself Indebted to his Lordship the right
honourable the Lord Propry of Maryld. in the sum of ten pounds
Currt. money of the province afd to be made & Leveyed on his body
goods & Chattles lands and Tenemts. for the use of his said Lordship
his heirs and Successors With Condition to this recoge. that
Philip Christfeild do make his Personall Appeare. before
the Justices of Our next County Court to be held at Our Court
house in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday
of June next then and there to give Evidence in behalf of his Ldp
against the afd Edmund Dulany Then this recoge. to be Void
Else to remain in full force in Law            Ordered by this
Court here that Joseph Woodall enter into recoge. with Security for
his Appearance as an Evide. against the afd Edmund to June
Court next &c            Thereupon Joseph Woodall & Philip
Christeild present here in Court Acknowledgeth themselves to
be Indebted to his Lordhsip the right honrble the Lord propry of
the province of Maryld in the sum of ten pounds currt. money
