Att Which said day & year afd cometh James Strawn
here into the afd County Court and prayeth that his recognizance
taken as afd may be Discharged
Ordered by this Court here that James Strawn his Recoge.

James Strawn his Recognizance taken as afd is by
this Court here discharged there being no cause Shewn to the
Contrary
Att Which said day & year afd last mentioned Came
William Aeland here into Kent County Court and prayeth that
his recognizance taken as afd for the Appearance of his wife &
John Aeland as Evidences against the afd Robert Ferrill to
this Court may be Discharged
Ordered by this Court here that William Aeland his Recoge.

William Aeland his Recognizance taken as afd is by
this Court here discharged there being no Cause to the Contrary

His Lordship    Command was given to the sherr.
agt    of Kent County on the twenty
Edmd. Dulany    first day of June in the 24th year

    of our Domn &c. in the year of Our
Lord 1738 that he should Immediately take the body of
Edmd. Dulany and him safe keep so that he have his body
before the Justices of our present Court to Answer unto
a Complaint of Mr. Tench Francis And that the Said
sherr. have at the time and place afd the said precept
And now here to wit at Kent County afd at the Court house
in the Town of Chester in said County on the day and year afd
last above mentioned cometh William Harris Gentleman
sherr. of Kent County & made return thereof to the Court
here thereon Indorsed as foll. Vizt.
                          Cepi corpus pr Wm. Harris sherr.
