128 pounds current money as afd Each to be made and leveyed on their bodys goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors With Condition to this recognizance that Edmund Dulany do make his personal Appeare. before the Justices of Our next County Court to be held at Our Court house in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday of March next then and there to Answer unto Such things as shall be Objected against on his Lordships behalf by Philip Christfeild And in the mean time to keep the peace and be of good behavour particularly toward Philip Chrisfeild Then this Recoge. to be Void Else to remain in full force in Law J William Junr. Kent County fst Be it remembered that on the Seventeenth day of February in the year of Our Lord Seventeen hundred thirty & eight Parsonally Appeared Philip Christfeild and Joseph Woodall before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices of the peace for the afd County and Acknowledgeth themselves Indebted to the right honourable the Lord Propry of the province of Maryld in the sum of ten pounds Currt. money of the province afd to be made and Leveyed on their and either of their bodys goods and Chattles Lands and Tenemts. for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors With Condition to this recoge. that Philip Christfeild and Joseph Woodall do make their personall Appe. before the Justices of Our next County Court to be held at Our Court house in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday of March next then and there to give in Evidence in behalf of his Lordship against the afd Edmund Dulany Then this Recoge. to be Void Else to remain in full force in Law J William Junr. Ordered by this Court here that Edmund Dulany enter into recoge. for his Appearance and good behavour to next June Court Ispecially toward Philip Christfeild Thereupon Edmund Dulany of Kent County Physician & present here in Court in his proper person Acknowledgeth himself to be Indebted to his Lordship the right honourable the Lord propry of Maryland to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenemts. for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors With Condition to this recoge. that Edmund Dulany do make his Parsonall Appearance before the Justices of Our next County Court to be held at Our Court [house] |
