due Process of Law may Issue against Nathl Hynson to
Answer the premisses                           J George
And now here to wit at Kent County Court at the Court house in
the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday of March
being the twentyeth day of said month in the year of Our Lord
God seventeen hundred thirty and Cometh the afd Lord Propry
by Joshua George his Attorney and prayeth that the afd Nathl.
Hynson to the Information afd may Answer
And the afd Nathaniel his proper person comes & defends
the force and injury when &c And saith that he cannot gainsay
the Information afd so as afd against him brought nor can he

say but that ^ the said Nathaniel is guilty of the premisses
afd above upon him Imposed as by the Information afd it is
Alledged and thereof Submits to the Court &c Therefore
it is Considered by the Justices here to wit at Kent County Court
at the Court house in the Town of Chester in said County on the
the third tuesday of March being the twentyeth day of said
month in the year of Our Lord Seventeen hundred thirty & eight
that the afd Nathaniell pay the sum of ten Shillings Current
money of Maryland as a fine for Committing the Offence afd
Also it is Considered by the Justices at the time & place afd that
the said Nathll. pay the sum of
pounds of tobacco Costs Accrueing on the premisses afd to the
Severall Officers of this Court &c                  Jams Smith Clk Kt Coty
Ordered by this Court here that the fine afd be delivered the
sher. of Kent County And Simon Wilmer Gentleman sher.
of Kent County being present here in Court Acknowledgeth the
receipt of the same

His Lordship    Kent County fst Be it remembered that
agt    on the Seventeenth day of Febry in the year
Edmd. Dulany    of Our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and
thirty Eight personally Appeared Edmund DUlany of Kent
County Physician Doctor Alexr. Adair of the afd County and Phil.
Kennard of the same County Gentleman before me the Subsr.
One of his Lordships Justices of the peace for the afd County and
Acknowledged themselves to be Indebted to his Lordship the right
honourable the Lord Propry of the provinces of Maryland Edmd.
Dulany in the sum of fifty pounds Currt. money of the province
afd and Alexr. Adair and Philip Kennard in the sum of twenty five
