of tobacco each to be made and Leveyed on their bodys goods &
Chattles Lands and Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship
his heirs and Successors With Condition to this Recognizance
that if he the afd Robert Ferrill do pay the fees accrueing on
the premisses afd to the Severall Officers of this Court Then
this Recognizance to be void Else to remain in full force in Law
And now here to wit at Kent County Court at the Court house
in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday of June
being the twentieth day of said month in the year of our Lord 1738
Cometh here into the same Court Robert Ferrill and prayed
that his & his Suretys recognizance taken as afd may be
Discharged
Ordered by this Court here that Robert Ferrill William
Smithers & John Woodall their Recognizances taken as afd
be Discharged as prayed
Robert Ferrill William Smithers and John Woodall
their Recognizances taken as afd is by this Court here
discharged there being no cause shewn to the Contrary
Att Which said day and year afd last mentioned cometh
William Aeland here into Court in his proper person and
prayeth that his recognizance taken as afd may be Dischd.
