And now here to wit at Kent County Court at the Court house in the Town
of Chester in said County on the third tuesday of Novemr. being the day & year
afd Cometh George Garnett here into Court in his proper person & prayeth
that His recognizance taken as afd for the Appe. of his wife Mary to
this Court as an Evide. against the afd Charles may be Discharged
Ordered by this Court here that George Garnett his recognizance taken
as afd be Discharged as prayed George Garnett his recgonizance

taken as afd for ^ Discharged as Prayed there being no cause to the Contrary
Att Which said day and year afd last mentioned Cometh here into
the afd County Court John Piner in his proper person & prayeth
that his recoge. taken as afd for his Appe. as an Evide. against the
afd Charles may be Discharged            Ordered by this Court here
that the afd John Piner his recoge. taken as afd be Dischd. as pray'd
John Piner his Recognizance taken as afd is by this Court here
discharged there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary &c       Jams Smith Clk.

His Lordship    The afd Jane entered into recoge. at Last Court for
agt    her Appe. to this Court &c And now here to wit at
Jane Reed    Kent County Court at the Court house in the Town of
Chester in said County on the third tuesday of Novr. being the fourteenth
day of said month in the year of Our Lord Seventeen hundred thirty &
eight Cometh the afd Jane Reed here into Court in her propr. person &
prayeth that her and her Suretys recoge. taken as afd may be Dishd.

Joseph Reed and Samuel Lowman of Kent County & present
here in Court in their proper persons Acknowledgeth them:
