Appeared George Garnett before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships
Justices of the peace for the afd County and Acknowledged himself to be Indebted
unto his Lordship the right Hon^rble the Lord Prop^ry of the provinces of
Maryland in the Sum of five pounds Curr^t. money of the Prov^e. afd to
be made & Leveyed on his body goods & Chattles Lands & Tenem^ts. for
the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors With Condition
to this Recogniz^e. that Mary the wife of the afd George do make her
Personal Appearance before the Justices of Our next County Court to
be held at Our Court house in the Town of Chester in said County on the
third tuesday of Nov^r. next to give Evid^e. in behalf of his Lordship ag^st.
