Objected against him on his Lordships behalf & in the mean time to
keep the peace & be of good behavour Then this recoge to be Void Else
to remain in full force power & Virtue in Law
And now here to wit at Kent County Court at the Court house in the Town
of Chester in said County on the third tuesday of Novemr. being the fourteenth
day of said month in the year of Our Lord God One thousand seven hundred
& thirty Eigh Cometh the a afd Philip Hill in his Proper Person & pray:
:eth that the afd his and his Suretys recoge. taken as afd for his Appe. to
this Court to Answer unto his Lordship may be discharged &c
Ordered by this Court here that the afd Philip Hill his recognizance
taken as afd be Discharged as Prayed       Philip Hill his
Recoge. taken as afd is by this Cour there Discharged there being no
cause Shewn to the Contrary            Att Which said day & year afd
Cometh here into Court Robert Brown and prayeth that his recoge.
taken as afd for the Appe. of the afd Philip Hill to this Court may
be Discharged       Ordered by this Court here that Robt. Brown his
Recoge. taken as afd be Discharged as Prayed       Robert Brown
his recognize. taken as afd is by this Court here Discharged there being
no cause Shewn to the Contrary &c       Att Which said third tuesday of

Court Charity Spearman and prayeth that her and her Suretys recognize.
