Att Which said third tuesday of Novemr. being the fourteenth day
of saith month in the year afd last mentd. Cometh here into Court John
Earle and prayeth that this recoge. taken as afd for the Appe. of Jno.
Earle Junr. to this Court may be Discharged       Ordered by this
Court here that John Earle his recognize. taken as afd be Discharged
John Earle his recoge. taken as afd is by this Court here Dischd.
there being no cause Shewn to the Contrary &c

His Lordship    Kent County fst Be it remembered that on
agt    the ninth day of Sepr in the year of Our Lord
Philip Hill    Seventeen hundred thirty & eight personally
                                           Hizard
Appeared Phillip Hill, Philip Hill ^ & Robert Brown of Kt. County
Labourers Before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices of
the peace for the afd County And Acknowledged themselves Indebted to
his Lordship the Right honourable the Lord Propry of Maryland Phil.
Hill in the sum of twenty pounds Currt. money of the prove. afd & Phil.
Hizard and Robert Brown in the sum of ten pounds like money
each to be made and Leveyed on their bodys goods & Chattles lands
& Tenemts. for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs & Successors With
Condition to this recoge that Philip Hill do make his personall
Appearance before the Justices of Our next County Court to be
held at Our Court house in the Town of Chester in said County on the
third tuesday of Novemr next Then & there to Answer unto such
things as shall be Objected against him on his Lordships behalf
Then this recoge. to be Void Else to remain in full force in Law

year of Our Lord God seventeen hundred thirty & eight personally
Appeared before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices of
                                     Charity Spearman and
the peace for the afd County ^ Matthew Howard & Acknowledged them:
:selfs to be Indebted to his Lordship the right honrble the Lord propry
of the province of Maryld. in the sum of five pounds Current money
                                 each
of the province afd ^ to be made and Leveyed on their bodys goods &
Chattles Lands and Tenemts. for the use of his said Lordship his
heirs and Successors With Condition this Recognize. that if the
afd Charity do make her personall Appe. before the Justices of Our
next County Court to be held at Our Court house in the Town of Chester
in said County on the third tuesday of Novemr. next then and there to give
Evide. in behalf of his Lordship against the afd Philip Hill Then
this Recognize. to be Void Else to remain in full force in Law
