Appeared Phillip Hill, Philip Hill ^ & Robert Brown of K^t. County
Labourers Before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices of
the peace for the afd County And Acknowledged themselves Indebted to
his Lordship the Right honourable the Lord Prop^ry of Maryland Phil.
Hill in the sum of twenty pounds Curr^t. money of the prov^e. afd & Phil.
Hizard and Robert Brown in the sum of ten pounds like money
each to be made and Leveyed on their bodys goods & Chattles lands
& Tenem^ts. for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs & Successors With
Condition to this recog^e that Philip Hill do make his personall
Appearance before the Justices of Our next County Court to be
held at Our Court house in the Town of Chester in said County on the
third tuesday of Novem^r next Then & there to Answer unto such
things as shall be Objected against him on his Lordships behalf
Then this recog^e. to be Void Else to remain in full force in Law
