A bill entitled, an act relating to foreign corporations for
insurance and their agencies in this State;

A bill entitled, an act appropriating a sum of money for
the repairing and keeping in repair the tobacco warehouses
in the city of Baltimore;                     

A bill entitled, an act to refund to Horace Resley, of Alle-
gany county, money erroneously paid by him into the Treas-
ury;

A bill entitled, an act authorising the Commissioners of
Centreville, Queen Anne's county, to lay a tax upon the real
property in said town, sufficient to pave the side-walks thereof;

A bill entitled, an act appointing commissioners to estab-
lish a free school in Vansville District, Prince George's
county,

Severally endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays."

A bill entitled, an act appropriating a sum of money to
pay Eliza Herring, executrix of William H. Herring, for a
commission under an appointment of the Governor of Mary-
land, paid by the said William H. Herring in his lifetime
to the clerk of the Superior Court of Baltimore city.

A bill entitled, an act to provide for the compensation of
Wm. F. Frick for certain services performed by him under
an appointment of the Governor, in pursuance of an order
passed by the House of Delegates of Maryland, February 4,
1854, and for an argument in the Supreme Court of the
United States.

A bill entitled, an act for the benefit of the school fund of
Baltimore county,

Severally endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays."

A bill entitled, an act to enable John Beall and George
A. Pearre, trustees of the Mineral Bank of Maryland, to
wind up and close their trust as expeditiously as may be,
and to protect them in so doing.

A bill entitled, an act to waive in favor of the Western
Maryland Railroad Company any lien or claim which the
State may have on or to the Green Spring branch of the Bal-
timore and Susquehanna or Northern Central Railroad Com-
pany.

A bill entitled, an act to incorporate the Burton Coal
Company.

A bill entitled, an act for the relief of the sureties on the
official bond of John W. Wilbourn, former collector of
State taxes for the second district of Calvert county.

Severally endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays."
