representatives of Jacob Sedley and Francis Feelemyer;
Amend first section as follows:
Strike out all after the word "Thomas J. Pierpoint," in
the second line down to the words, "from the payment in the
fifth line," and insert as follows; "and the legal representa-
tives of Jacob Sedley and Francis Feelemyer;
Amend section 1, by inserting after "that" in line 2, "the
county commissioners of Baltimore county, are hereby autho-
rised, if by them deemed advisable, to release;
