The bill entitled, an act to make valid and binding the sur-
vey of the taxable bounds of the city of Cumberland, as adopt-
ed and established by the Mayor and Councilmen of said city,
on the fourth day of January in the year eighteen hundred
and fifty-eight, and to extend the corporate powers of the
Mayor and Councilmen of the city of Cumberland over the
said survey;
Was taken up for consideration.
