Mr. Forrest proposed the following resolution :
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Comptroller of the Treasury, be and he is hereby required to
examine and adjust the compensation accounts of the assist-
ant Clerks in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court
of Baltimore city, under the administration of the late Clerk
of said Court;
