upon the bill entitled, an act confirmatory of the act passed
at January session eighteen hundred and fifty-six, appropri-
ating the sum of one hundred dollars, as compensation to
Henry Hagan, of Allegany county, for the arrest of Miller,
who was executed at Cumberland for the murder of Doctor
Hadel and Mr. Graff;
