ported favorably on the bill entitled, an act to incorporate
the Howard and Montgomery Turnpike Road Company;

unfavorably on the Senate bill entitled, an act to punish cer-
tain trespasses;

Also favorably on the Senate bill entitled, an act in rela-
tion to trials of assault and batteries, by justices of the peace
of Somerset county;
