The bill entitled, an act to aid in the erection of a Monu-
ment commemorative of the Declaration of Independence;

made under and by virtue of the act of Assembly of 1856,
chapter 16;

The bill entitled, an act further amendatory of an act, en-
titled, an act to authorise the Commissioners of St. Mary's
county to levy a sum of money on the assessable property of
the said county, to erect a county jail ;

Was read the second time, by special order the third time,
